Jul 17, 2022 · Once the excessive cables are disconnected, try connecting the Mac to the audio interface again and it should work well. If you want to connect the audio interface to the Mac but the connection isn’t happening, it’s likely that the cables aren’t good enough. It’s better that you use a cable that came with Scarlett 2i2.

If I press the phantom power button, the red light does come on. If I reboot my PC while it is connected via USB, my computer will not boot, giving me a USB initialization
Problem with AT2020 and Scarlett 2i2. I'm using a scarlet 2i2 (1st gen) and an audio technica at2020. I'm running windows 10 and 4.36.5.612 drivers for the 2i2. My mic is so quiet but I have gain set to about 80%. In Discord all my friends say I cut out or that can't even hear me. In windows>sounds>recording>the bar hardly moves when I talk.
